I keep reading and hearing that libraries offer so many services that the general population doesn’t know about, like ebooks mentioned in this infographic. We have to find a way to get the information out there. Corporations do it through advertising.
I have a category on Evernote called “When I have a Library” in which I am collecting ideas. When I am in a school library as the librarian, I really want to connect with the public library. I think that will help to get my students more involved. I could help the students get plugged in with more of their programs and hopefully keep up the learning during the summer.
